A number of members of the Old Colony Club attended the BOCNE's Burns Night celebration at the Union Club of Boston on Friday, January 23, 2026. This year, OCC members played a key role in the evening's events:

Josh Rioux paraded in the haggis, escorted by Senator Bill Bloor
Ralph Gillis addressed the haggis
Senator Bloor and Don Brown read poetry during the Immortal Memory speech
Bryan and Glenn Geiler delivered the 'Toast to the Lasses' and the 'Toast to the Lads' respectively. These toasts are two of the key events in the evening and consist of delivering a humorous speech that roasts the opposite sex, before ending with a few 'restorative' compliments.

Everyone did an excellent job and a great time was had by all!
